At Cicli Corsa, DHL Express is our standard shipping service to ensure the fastest possible delivery. However, for certain destinations where the price difference is significant, we provide a FedEx Economy option to offer our customers a choice between speed and cost savings. In this case, the Economy service was the selected method at checkout.
While Express services prioritize transit, it is important to note that customs clearance procedures are managed entirely by local authorities. These administrative timelines are unfortunately beyond the control of any retailer or courier.

Making Dream Machines come true
This is my second Dogma bike I've bought from Cicli. The first was just the frame set. The latest was a complete bike. I wanted the Starry Red Dogma F which was out of stock everywhere and Cicli was the only shop who said, "No problem, we can order it for you." Stefano was amazing guide through the whole process. I had heard good things about Cicli Corsa, so when it was time to build a new bike with the new Super Record 13 group, I paid a deposit and placed the order with Cicli Corsa. Andrea and the rest of the team were very easy to work with, and when the Super Record X group was launched and I asked if I could switch my order to that instead, Andrea accommodated my request without hesitation, then worked diligently to ensure my order shipped as soon as possible. I would absolutely work with Cicli Corsa again on another build, and highly recommend them if you’re looking to buy or build a new Italian bike.
