I paid for faster delivery, my order is 4 days late.
If you go to one of their stores, there is a big difference between online pricing and in store pricing.
The quality of cigars has dropped off as well. Mouse holes, slits, canoes, rolled too tight and won't burn. End caps fall off while you're lighting the cigar. Too many issues for me.
They have fallen out of favor as many have noted on here. I'm looking for another company now. Pretty sad really, I have used them for years.

Not the company it use to be. I ordered a S.T. Dupont lighter and CI sent me a defective lighter. After calling to get it replaced, I was told they don't send return shipping labels for lighters and I would have to pay to have the defective lighter shipped back. I don't plan on buying from CI, their sister company Cigarbid.com, or any other company associated with them.
CI is sending me magazines that i never ordered. others are also complaining about this. some sort of scam from a very shady company! beware!
i have ordered for several years from CI. in september, i received several magazines in the mail that i did not order. when i called the magazines, they referred me to a publishing company. when i called the company, i was told that CI had them sent to me as a promotional item. i had the publishing company to stop any magazine orders to be sent to me. i ordered some cigars from CI about a week ago, and today, i got magazines from GQ and Harper's Bazaar. when i called the publishing company, they told me that they had put a stop to sending me magazines per my request in september. they said that CI was responsible for sending them. this is some sort of scam, where the magazines will eventually try to bill you for a subscription that you never ordered. you do not have to pay for a subscription that you did not order, but some people may feel intimitated enough to send money, then they will have a subscription. CI is behind this scam, so beware of this crooked company. no more CI for me!

Hey CI customers! Just a heads up to beware of CI signing you up for memberships without your knowledge. I was signed up for their PURO PERKS membership and charged $14.95/month for the last 2 months. I was able to cancel the membership & the Jan 2nd fee but not Dec 1st fee!!!! Paid $8 for shipping and waited a week. Nothing. Still "processing"the order. Then suddenly one day what I had ordered was "on back order". I looked up Customer service on their website and was happy to see that they had Saturday and Sunday hours. But when I called, I was told by the folks who are available to take your order (oh yes, they are ALWAYS available to get your money) that weekend customer service was defunct. I have ordered from them for years, but something bad has happened at CI and I am moving on!

I have shopped with for years but the last two orders have been terrible. They have sent the wrong products the last two times in a row. The first incorrect order was rectified but only after numerous phone calls to their one customer service number. Today we noticed two suspicious charges on my husband bank account, after being on hold for a hour the young woman answered then saying she couldn't hear anyone, saying "are you there"? over and over again meanwhile I am speaking very loud but she keeps reapting the same sentence. On our end we had no problems but my first instinct was she heard us just fine, I can hope that I am wrong.

I have bought the Poor Boy package and been doing so for months but I gotta be honest the ones I got this time have got to be the worse yet. They do not burn evenly. Only on one side. I usually just smoke them and do not say anything but this package was by far the worse ever. May have to find a replacement. However the black ops I ordered this time were great!

I've attempted to contact them while signed in through their email form almost a dozen times over the last month or so with no response. I've called their customer service line a few times, but the wait time was over half an hour.
