I have used Cigars of Cuba (A E Lloyd) for over a year now after developing a taste for high quality Cuban cigars during the pandemic.
The selection of cigars is excellent with a wide range of Cuban and new world on offer.
The price is very good and is one of the best value stores I have found. Postage is always rapid, and well packed to ensure there is never any damage.
But what has really kept me returning has been the customer service. Since day one it has been exceptional. Quick communication and any problem (due to Cuban cigar supply) has been solved instantly and to higher than expected satisfaction.
Would highly recommend as your one stop shop for cigars in the UK.

The company is excellent. Ordered twice from them and the cigars arrived within a day. Honest and quality is on point, cigars were well humidified unlike a few retailers. The only small issue is they don't come with a boveda pack but they do have a fast delivery. So maybe a boveda is not needed if you have your own. But for new smokers it would help with having bovedas at hand. As for customer service, can't say much as I've not had to deal with returns or refunds.

Terrific customer service and great price. Brought a box of 12 Trinidad Reyes earlier this week which arrived the next day and the sticks were in pristine condition. I immediately placed an order for a box of 24 and requested for them to be delivered on specific dates which Peter was able to accommodate. Very good experience and will buy from them again

I have been getting from here for about a year now. It easy and I have always found that the information on the cigar's are accurate! (That helps because all I know is I don't like strong cigar's) great quality and service, not to mention Peter is an absolute gentleman.
