I have bought a car from you , all looked good. Driving home a few lights on the dashboard came on including the engine management light. I can only assume all lights were wiped just before sale. Not happy

Being without a vehicle makes it more difficult to find exactly what you are looking for. Being unable to drive around to different dealerships to see cars I had found online was not an option for me. Buying a car online might seem risky, and doesn't suit everyone. But for an unfussy customer like myself, I found that shopping for a car online made more sense, as I could firmly stay within my price range while filtering out other specifications. I decided on a mid-sized SUV, as I know I am comfortable driving them. My vehicle was delivered to me, as I couldn't drive to get it. I found the entire experience to be helpful, communicative and easy.

An excellent way to buy a used car. Stress free and no visit to a car dealer. Excellent pictures helped make the decision easier. Attended the warehouse in Corby to pick the car up a few days later. From start to finish the overall experience was extremely good. I was kept informed of the progress of my new car. The delivery driver was great. Showed me over the car. Explained what I may need to do if there was a query so overall my experience of Cinch has been great. We would have no hesitation in recommending cinch to family and friends.

Bought car online and found many undisclosed defects at time of collection. I had to drive the car away as I had no option. I was going to return the car within the 14 day window but was told I could have a refund payment of £250 to address the defects if I kept the car. One of the defects incidentally was tyre which had significant chunks of rubber broken of of the tyre sidewall which was considered dangerous by a high street tyre retailer. I did accept the offer of keeping the car with the £250 rebate, however after requesting this payment be made several times, it has not been forthcoming

Easy delivery service which was great and also easy to pick out a car and buy. It's the little things that was disappointing. I wasn't told that my car would actually be driven to me i thought it was being delivered via transporter. This added more miles onto my car, also expected mats with the car, and only had a battery in 1 car fob. I know these are probably not majorly important but it's nice to know upfront.

Had a bit of trouble on the first day of delivery, however all sorted the day after.
