Frustrating experience, no replies to inquiries.

I wish I had read the earlier reviews here, since I have the exact same negative experience. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get in touch with this company, after ordering an item on their website. They don’t react to any of their contact possibilities. I’ve been perfectly polite, asking for the status of my order, but no replies at all. I have now sent a message demanding a refund… but I suspect this will not result in a reply either. I will now have to look into further measures against cine-craft.de. At the very least, they are unwilling to communicate with their customers.

Do not buy - delays

Unfortunately almost a copy/paste of Tony's review below. I had no read his review prior to buying.

Order a Hisense PX-3 in early January with a 2-8 day delivery to DK. Fairly shortly after the owner wrote that the PX-3 had been delayed, and offered an alternative or refund. As I really wanted the PX-3 I requested a refund, and have subsequently not heard anything back nor received the money despite multiple emails.

Online it still appears as if the projector can be delivered with a short delivery time.

I would not buy anything from them!

Perfect and friendly - einfach super

Can't understand the previous review. My experiences have been consistently positive. I can only describe communication, service and quality as excellent.

Wer auf der Suche nach Service, guter Kommunikation und Qualität ist, ist hier genau richtig.

Ob Bremen oder Umgebung, hier wird noch Wert Service & Qualität gelegt

Extremely Unprofessional – No Refund After Over a Month!

I had a terrible experience with Cine-Craft and would strongly advise against doing business with them. Here’s a summary of my ordeal:

On August 9th, I placed an order (#1127) for a Hisense PX3 projector for €3,138.90, with delivery to Cyprus. Despite paying promptly, the problems began almost immediately. The company provided no updates on the status of my order, forcing me to chase them for weeks.

After making over 100 calls, I was only able to speak to someone three times.

Initially, they assured me the projector was on its way and would be delivered soon, but they never followed through. When I called back to check the status, they had no updates and made more empty promises. At one point, they even blocked my phone number, making it impossible to reach them.

I had originally requested a refund immediately after learning about the delays, but they failed to process it. I submitted a formal refund request on August 9th, which has still not been honored. I also submitted complaints to my bank, Shopify, and the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (Case ID: 2024/168741).

To make matters worse, Cine-Craft blocked my phone number, making it impossible to communicate with them directly. Their excuses about being understaffed or on vacation are not my problem as a customer. They simply refused to take responsibility and continued to delay the refund.

Even now, more than a month later, I have not received my money back. Despite their latest promises to expedite the refund, there has been no action, and they have not provided any proof that a chargeback was initiated, as claimed.

I am preparing to escalate this issue further with legal authorities in Germany if they do not resolve it immediately. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had with an online retailer.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Cine-Craft. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to honor their commitments make them a highly unreliable and unprofessional company.
