We knew there was a problem with our Ground Source Heat Pump (no heating for 5 weeks in Feb!) and Dan came and advised us what the problem was and the options available. We took the plunge and went for an Air Source Heat Pump and the difference has been astonishing. The added bonus is that the team who installed it were professional knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend Cinergi very highly.

Quick and efficient service. From initial site visit to commissioning the new air source heat pump system was only 8 weeks. Cinergi handled all the paperwork and kept us informed of progress all the way. The plumber and electrician arrived on site when expected and were polite and helpful.

We had an ageing Air Source Heat Pump that we had inherited when we bought the house. It was not operating optimally and was consuming a lot of electricity. We contacted Cinergi to ask for advice and after running through the options we elected to install a new ASHP system. This unit is simpler, quieter and much cheaper to run. The quote for the installation was highly competitive. Throughout the process Cinergi were incredibly helpful - they responded promptly to all emails, answered all our questions and offered practical and informed advice. The installers were very polite, helpful and tidy - the unit was installed with the minimum of fuss - even providing electric fan heaters for the periods when we had no operating central heating. I have no hesitation in recommending Cinergi - and indeed have already done so to a local friend.

New ASHP installation carried out by Cinergi.
My 24yr old boiler required replacement and I was considering replacing it with an ASHP. I did not know anyone with one of these, so I researched on the web and approached various companies for advice and quotes. I chose Cinergi, as they provided me with some excellent advice regarding using some of my existing heating system and offered major components that had good independent reviews. The team at Cinergi was responsive when contacted without being insistent and commenced the ASHP installation earlier than we had initially agreed. Their installers were polite, clean, tidy, professional, knowledgeable, and very nice to chat with which made the installation overall a pleasant experience. They quickly fixed an issue with the OAT sensor after installation. Don't worry about ASHPs being noisy, I can barely tell mine is on when it is operating. Hot water is at a temperature that I can easily control and although the weather has yet to turn properly cold, the house is warmed nicely with heating selected to on. Three months on and I have just had a very welcome "how is the system working?" email from the company.

I was looking to replace an old oil boiler with a new heating system and decided to go ahead with an ASHP. I received a few quotes and ultimately chose Cinergi because of the positive reviews but also after the initial visit by Dan, who had a clear plan about how they could make it work. Cinergi supplied and fitted a Daikin Altherma 3 Monobloc within reasonable timelines. Despite some stock availability issues with the supplier, they came up with a plan b which was as good as the original. Installation was not by any means easy as it is a 50 year old home, but all issues were overcome and resolved. I would highly recommend Cinergi.

I had an air source heat pump fitted by Cinergi and have been impressed by both the product and the service. Also glad to say, it is, contrary to some reports, extremely quiet.

The Manager Dan visited our property to see what work was needed to install an Air Source Pump. He made sure that we understood all the work needed and how it operated, his advice was invaluable. The installation team were excellent. They consulted us about routings of cables and location of Heat Pump. This insured that the external look was neat and tidy. Similarly the work inside the house was completed to a very high standard. We were issued with all the necessary documents and certificates. We now need to gain experience operating the system, using all the advice the team gave us.

Cinergi recently completed the installation and commissioning of a Daikin air source heat pump (ASHP).

The work was fitted around a mixture of supply chain challenges (out side of anyones control) and a large extension/refurbishment. The work was completed when said and to a very high standard. Though the system lost pressure shortly after commissioning Cinergi supported me with identifying the issue (which was not Cinergi related) to ensure the system was full operational. Big thank you to all the team at Cinergi.

Earlier this year my wife and I contacted Cinergi with various questions concerning the viability of replacing our gas boiler with an ASHP. The outcome was that in April they installed a Vaillant Split air source heat pump, which seems to be exactly what we were looking for. Overall, we're very pleased indeed with the whole process - from the initial discussions, survey and installation, through to arranging for all relevant certificates, guarantees etc to be sent to us.
The Cinergi team listened carefully to us, addressed our concerns, advised us on the placement of the outside unit and took great care in fitting the inside unit, tanks, pipes etc into our small utility room – a work of art!
When required, the thing enthusiastically heats up our water tank and no doubt won't make any fuss about keeping our house warm through the winter months.

Cinergi carried out the first service on our ASHP. After searching for a service provider we chose Cinergi because they are local to us. We were delighted with the service and the information the engineers provided, they were punctual, efficient and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

Cinergi recently replaced our gas boiler with an air source heat pump. The team were professional and did a great job in specifying a replacement heating system that works very well. The installation engineers were very professional and did a top job, and were excellent at explaing how the system worked and how it can be tweaked.

From the outset the Cinergi team have been absolute superstars. Having ordered my new Daikin Altherma heat pump I was awaiting delivery when my old oil boiler finally died on Boxing day. Ian appeared at 8am to try and revive it (alas it was beyond help!) but the team managed to track down a water tank and restore my hot water to tide me over until the pump arrived.

The pump is now fully installed and working brilliantly. In all I dealt with 10 members of the team - every single one was professional, friendly, enthusiastic, skilled and efficient every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble (even collecting extra milk on their way to me when I ran out!!) and I am thrilled with the job they have done.
