Incredibly skilled and professional company. Having worked our way through a bunch of plumbers who were either unsure of the right solution to our heating problem or just not motivated to do the work we came across Cinergi and they have right from start to finish been hugely competent and incredibly fair priced. Highly recommended.

Ian fitted a new boiler in my flat a year ago and did an excellent job.

Not only does he have a can-do attitude, he has the talent to back it up.

My job was pretty complex and out of 6 companies Cingergi was one of the few to give me a quote. Certainly cheaper than British Gas.

At one point Ian fashioned a hook out of copper pipe and was hanging out of a high window to fit a new flue pipe.

He is a practical man and well worth contracting, 10/10, I recommend him to anyone.

We originally looked at three potential Heat Pump installers but we are so pleased that we decided to go with Cinergi to install our Vaillant Air Source Heat Pump system. The professional, personalised and detailed approach by Dan at the start made us confident that Cinergi would be a company that would install a system that was correct for our property. We were kept informed by Katie of what to expect every step along the way through to completion. Communications with Team Cinergi were seamless - replies were virtually immediate. Team Brad and Sam, the installation engineers, were amazingly professional in their work - very respectful of us and our property, showing a clear pride in their workmanship and going the extra mile to ensure details were right. They also managed to get on well with our daughter's dachshund, which is a skill in itself!

Very pleased with the installation of our air source heat pump. We received a personalised service from the start; polite, professional and thorough. Communication and workmanship has been excellent throughout and we would not hesitate to recommend.

Installed a Vaillant system boiler and unvented cylinder along with radiators in all rooms.
A family business who knew what they doing and worked very fast and efficiently. Tidied up, left no mess and removed all the old rads and boiler. Very personal and friendly. Had to move a couple of things but stuck to their original quote to the penny even though they we very keen on price comparison with others. Can't recommend them enough. Don't be put off with their apparent casual approach they know what they are doing and work very hard. Even came on a Saturday to get things done quicker.

This was a big investment from us to make the move from oil to ASHP and it wasn't a decision we took lightly. The team knew the answers to all of our questions and reassured us by answering them in an understandable way.

Cinergi came within 3 days of contacting and fitted a new Vaillant Combi boiler. There work was excellent and left without a trace of even being in the Office! I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone thinking of having a Boiler Change. They also fitted an outside tap on the same day!

Ian is a very friendly guy and carried out the work with no fuss and no mess.
