Poor quality and non existant customer service
I bought an expensive sofa from this reputable company and the glue on the wooden arms went gooey after a few months. When I contacted the shop where I bought it from they contacted Cintique who said they would fix it if I paid £80 to send it to the company. When I wrote to them saying I thought this was unacceptable and that I thought it was their responsibility to make good their poor quality varnish I heard nothing. Most unsatisfactory.
