I had a question regarding a test and I asked the question via whatsapp and email and even though it took some time, both got back to me and eventually I got my answer. Thanks to Ben and Mai for always being so cordial in answering my questions.

A very comprehensive consumer DNA testing service. The various categories and detailed report provide some interesting, and valuable insights to know how your genetic makeup impacts behaviour, health, nutrition, fitness, ancestry, and many other traits. Results that can be corroborated with real-life observations also appear to match. I would recommend this service.

We have ordered 2 packs and there is no way of sending it back with the label provided. We’ve got FedEx labels but there is no points here in my country. Thats not the big issue and the 1-star.

The 1 star is because we’ve trying to get contact for over a week and still no reply! This is very bad customer service and not what we expected.

I have sent my sample in mid May and after waiting for more than 1 month, the apps status shows sample arriving at lab! They are not updating the status in a timely method. So I decide to contact them via WhatsApp and they are not responding.

When choosing this company I was led to believe that it was a UK company but the Fedex return label for the DNA kit was addressed to an address in Hong Kong. Further the FEDEX return label failed as the shipping account must be in the UK. I raised an email complaint (the only way to contact Circle - no helpline) and have had no reply for 3 days. Seriously doubting the credibility of this company and hope I haven't been ripped off again! I would like Circle to respond ASAP or will be asking for a refund.

The sample collection and return process was really easy. The generated report has in-depth details and explanations about each category. The app UI/UX is exceptional. The summary report is also very easy to understand and appealing.

I know my health & habit in details, so I can make improvement in the area that is highlighted according to the categories that’s written in the report.

I like that Circle offers more than others. That's largely because it works out of Asia and doesn't have regulatory overhangs from other jurisdictions. The report is very informative.
What i dislike is that DNA info is a new new thing and whilst there is a "helpdesk", it is literally impossible to find time with them. You have so many curious questions but the queue is eithet too long or you dont even get a chance to log an appointment. This has been a real and key anti climax for me.
