I love the efficiency of the report and the way it is categorically presented.

I was about to order 2 premium kits but thankfully after reading all the issues with their customer service not responding and courrier issues, I`ll stick to 23andme.

I'm pretty sure Circle DNA will response to this rewiew by telling me the difference btween their product and 23andme.

They are just scammers, I paid 500$ for the premium test and for a week now I can't send my samples because they don't respond. I wrote to them on Whatsapp several times and sent several Emails. But my DNA is still lying at my house because it is impossible to send it back without CirkleDNA who totally ignore their obligations and just don't respond to messages

I trusted CircleDNA to provide accurate and insightful results, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
1. Ancestry Results: The ancestry information was completely inconsistent with my known heritage. It felt generic and lacked credibility, making me question the quality of their analysis.
2. Health Reports: The health insights not only failed to match my medical history but outright contradicted existing diagnoses and symptoms. This level of inaccuracy is unacceptable for a service marketed as premium.
3. Doubtful Reviews: Considering my experience, I can’t help but feel that many of the positive reviews for CircleDNA must be falsified or exaggerated. The service I received does not align with the glowing praise they seem to get online.

I am extremely disappointed and feel misled by the promises of this service. CircleDNA needs to drastically improve its accuracy and ensure they deliver on their claims to regain customer trust.

Everything went smooth, from ordering the kit until results interpretation.

Great report and detail analysis

I find this test very useful, not because of what most people care about (personality traits and ancestry) but rather because the health insights provided will be very useful for future life planning and how to manage medical issues. For example, an average risk for high cholesterol and no familial hypercholesterolaemia in my results means that should I have high cholesterol in my lab tests, I should focus on lifestyle/diet interventions before resorting to medication.

They are having 80% off sale every day at 23:00 EST, limiting the giveaway just to 3 coupon codes. I ran an atomic clock on another screen and was able to get one. However, when I went to payment, using the fastest payment method - PayPal - the offer was not available any more! This happened twice and I have screenshots.
