My 85 year old mother service cut off.
My 85 year old mother phone service was suspended because a error from circle life, I contacted circle life 3 times and no one could help me they said reboot the phone take the sim out put the sim in still no luck, called back left a message telling them
it's very important for my mother to have her phone in case of an emergency. Circle life called back saying sorry we suspended her account but can't tell me why and it will be restored, 6 hours later still no service but they have taken out the fees today for a service they can't restore. I messaged back on the app response was someone will call back in 20 mins that was 4 hours ago messaged back everyones gone home. Thank you circle life for letting a elderly 85 year old lady in a dangerous situation without a phone.
