Would have been zero stars!
Do not deal with this company. Happy to take my order and my money online then withdrew. I think they had made a mistake in the price and noticed it at last minute and cancelled my order. Awful experience.

Booked a skip
Booked a skip, through a different company, called Stevenson skip hire,
For a set day that I needed the skip,
I got a confirmation from this company stating my skip had now been moved dates,
1. I didn’t order from these,
2. Your holding on a line for 20/30 mins at a time waiting for them to answer,
3. I cancelled or tried to cancel my booking once I read the reviews of this, but also because I needed the skip for the date I booked it not the date you gave me. Otherwise I wouldn’t have booked.
Iv had to ring 3 times for an email confirmation 3 hours later it’s still not sent, and I need the confirmation to book another skip.
Terrible company, terrible customer service.
Don’t bother with this company if you want anything done the correct way.

Unfortunately I did not check trustpilot before ordering my skip.
The skip arrived 3 hours late, it was smaller than expected. They picked it up the next day late again. Two weeks later received an email to say I had a dining chair which is a prohibited item and owed them £30 plus vat. Nowhere in their FAQs does it say no dining chairs. I relied and told them no I won't be paying it. Now it's an intimidating email telling me it could go up to £1500 plus costs. When they take me to court for £ 36 . Steer clear just shiesters.
Shocking rip off and customer service
I wish i read the reviews here before ordering one skip...total rip off company charged us extra for skip that the driver stayed there for 45 mins didn't say we must lower it .. driver left and next they they send us bill with explanation... well too late ... customer service shocking....never ever using again

I ARRANGED A SKIP HIRE ON BEHALF OF 1 OF OUR CUSTOMERS, THE SKIP WAS NEVER DELIVERED WHICH I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF UNTIL 4 WEEKS LATER. WE PAID FOR SKIP HIRE WHICH COST £325 AND DID NOT RECEIVE SKIP. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY AND PROMISED PHONECALLS BY LUCY, THIS NEVER HAPPENED. THIS COMPANY WILL CLAIM THEY WILL GET SOMEONE TO HELP, THEN PUT YOU ON HOLD, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I used Google review before booking which was fab and then seen 1.6 on here once booked and I was filled with dread but there was no issues at all the skip arrived on time and was collected the day after schedule but no biggy customer service was also amazing !!
Steer well clear
At the moment I’m still waiting for a skip that was supposed to be here first thing. It’s now 11.15 and the men I hired to fill it for me have had to go to next job. Meantime I’ve been hanging on phone for twenty minutes. Then another 10 minutes while she went to find out what had happened. Came back and said it’s on its way. What the hell does that mean? In its way when? That was at 10 am. I’m now hanging on phone again. No skip and £400 down. The men I paid, gone. Absolutely terrible service.
Terrible service
Accepted my order for a skip on line and took my payment. Then e.mailed me 4 hours later to inform me they had cancelled my order.
Chancers.
I called them to make a booking because we have an account and I assumed we would get a better deal than online pricing.
Even after the “discount” which I had to ask for, it was more than online.
I made the booking online. Paid for it, and they canceled the next day.
Still waiting for the refund.

Absolutely disgraceful service from Again Circle Waste.
They took full payment upfront, confirmed the booking, and then on delivery day suddenly claimed they couldn’t provide the skip. No solution, no accountability — just “cancel the order.”
This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They wasted my time, disrupted my work, and tied up my money without delivering anything. If you value reliability and basic business ethics, stay far away.
I booked a skip with Circle Waste and they took payment with no delivery
I booked a skip with Circle Waste and paid in full, including the permit, on 25/02/26. It was due for delivery on 27/02/26 but never arrived. When I called, I was told they had cancelled it without notifying me and without issuing a refund. I had already had an internal wall removed ready for the skip. No explanation was given. I wouldn’t use them again — extremely poor customer service.👎👎👎

Proper scamming, bad services. Give them a call ask for a skip they said it will be delivered in the morning after 4 hours waiting we can't delivered your skip and then I want to cancel my order and charge me £50 +Vat because they can't manage they're business properly what a shame
I was quoted a price of £360 only to…
I was quoted a price of £360 only to find this was ex Vat when the invoice arrived! Also, I requested collection via email but this was ignored which meant a delay in collection until I called them directly. Apparently I should have read their t’s and c’s!
I wouldn’t recommend them which is a shame as the skip lorry driver who delivered was very helpful and polite.
Aptly named
Aptly named. You'll be going round in circles trying to arrange collection with this company. Over a month after delivery, the skip I ordered has yet to be collected, despite numerous calls. Communication is appalling. Avoid.
Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience overall. Collection arrangements were not followed, communication was poor, and I had to chase repeatedly just to get updates. I was initially charged an aborted visit fee despite being available, and although this was eventually waived, the skip was left on my private land longer than agreed with no proactive communication.
The issue was resolved in the end, but only after significant time and effort on my part. Not a smooth or professional process, be aware this company are keen to try and add aborted visit charges .
