A mail I sent to the circuit..

A mail I sent to the circuit... not even an apology
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the organisation and management of your recent MotoGP event.
Firstly, your app and website are a joke. The language and conduct of members of your staff were absolutely abhorrent. One of your entry staff told me that if I didn’t empty the water from my flask, I was “not getting f***ing in.” There was no mention of this restriction on your website, and there was no issue the day before. This occurred at the main entrance on Saturday at approximately 9:00 am.
On Sunday at around 8:30 am, a large, bald steward in the main car park was literally shouting at the top of his voice at a driver who was in the wrong area, using phrases like “F this,” “F that,” and “get the F out—what the F are you doing?”
Your approach to selling wine was also unacceptable. At the main stadium on Saturday at around 1:00 pm, a staff member—a short, girl wearing a cowboy hat—poured what can only be described as a whisky-sized measure of white wine. When I questioned this, I received abuse. She also refused to provide a plastic cup with a can of beer. I will be reporting this to the appropriate Weights and Measures authority.
Your signage around the track is completely inadequate. Your main information centre told us it was a 15-minute walk to our destination—this was completely inaccurate. The distance from Stand 1 to the Uber pick-up point is 1.6 miles. As a result, we missed our taxi, which cost me $50. I will be seeking legal advice regarding this matter.
Advising attendees—many of whom may be older or less physically fit—to walk such a distance in 90-degree heat is irresponsible. I will also be reporting this to the relevant health and safety authorities. Do not suggest that transport was sufficient—there were only three small buggies operating, with around 400 people waiting. There is no easy way to get from the main stand to the stadium area except some idiotic winding path. Don't dare mention the trams, joke
I have attended MotoGP events all over the world, and yours is by far the worst I have ever had the misfortune to experience. I will never return, and I will ensure that no one I know attends in the future. I also intend to share this experience across all available social media platforms.
They are a disgrace

Never Given Promised Refund After Seizure At Venue

I am following up on my
BBB original complaint
#22522378 which is
unresolved. This is
ongoing since mid
October. I received an
email on October 29th
from Bailey Hansen, Vice
President, Events &
Hospitality, Circuit of The
Americas who stated I
would be receiving a
refund for this order. (see
attachment) The
Ticketmaster order number is - 2900-0537-9266-
8664-5 After my original
BBB complaint -
#22522378 - I received a
response and a phone call
from, Allicia, who works for
the Consumer Support
Team at the BBB. (see
attached) Allicia left a
voicemail on my phone on
11/18 to return her call
because she needed to
verify my address so they
could send me my refund
check in the mail. I called
back the BBB Consumer
Support Team and asked
to speak with her. I
confirmed my address. I
am not sure why they
needed to confirm my
address as it was the same
address on my account
and the same address I
placed the order with. I received another email
from Bailey which I have
attached below in photos
and here for reference -
"Hello Ariel, I would like to
sincerely apologize for my
delay in response, I have
been out of the office. Your
refund is being processed
as we speak, you should
see that in your account
within the next 7-10
business days." I have been
more than patient. I was
advised by legal authority
to take this further. I had a
seizure at your venue, and
frankly the way I was
treated and left laying on
ground was inhumane. I did not get to attend the event. There was no medical staff to help me for nearly 20 minutes. I was
promised a refund. I
should not have to spend
so much time following up
on something I was
promised. I have proof of
everything. Please refund
me the $702.58 ***Update another email from Bailey Hansen on December 9th stated she checked with her ticketing team and they are having some issues with the refund. It is actually going to be mailed by check towards the end of the week. This was on December 9th. Nothing has been sent to me, nor has she responded when I asked for the tracking number***
