We received the CIR-GEN15 in a timely manner. It is a replacement Cell compatible with Hayward AquaRite 40000 Gal.Models. So far it works perfectly and it's a lot more affordable than the original. I'm sure we will buy again from Circupool.com.

We love this salt cell system! We live in Arizona where the temps are hot and the water is very hard and this salt cell keeps up and the pool stays sparkling all summer long.

We had a few things that needed to be fixed over the last 2 years and the customer service and tech departments are amazing. They honor the warranty and work really hard to help you troubleshoot and find solutions. We are extremely happy with the product and people. Would highly recommend purchasing their product!

Easy and quick install. Starting making chlorine immediately. Installation manual easy to use.

I replaced my old worn out system with this model, I have a basic pool, 14k gallon and gets direct sunlight daily. The cost was abt 1.1k taxes included read the reviews and decided to give it a try. System worked perfectly for 3 weeks then the flow light turned red, the cell lights then went off and no chlorine was being produced. I called the support line and they sent me instructions to add a jumper (jumper included in the box) to the main box. It has been working perfectly for a week.

Ashley was super-competent and knowledgeable. To be honest, before I called I wasn't sure whether to chuck my two-year-old RJ45+ system out. The cell continued to show "Cell Connection" no matter what I did. Ashley diagnosed this and is sending me a workaround module that goes inside the computer unit. She's also sending me a flow sensor that broke at an affordable in-warranty price. I'm confident now. Thanks a million for your competence, Ashley.
