Super speedy service - Jacob and the team were able to accept the order at very short notice, print and send within a very tight window for delivery.

Avoid. Terrible service. Jacob is incompetent at best. They didnt do the work they were contracted to , kept missing deadlines and making promises they didnt keep. In the end they took us to small claims court except they expected me to just give in to their ridiculous claim. It was another exercise in time wasting and being vindictive. Of course Jacob , despite making many promises about sticking to his fallacious claim , gave up before the court date. Anyone need help who finds themselves in same situation, happy to help.

Brilliant service from the start to the finish. They checked the artwork and gave good feedback re quality so we updated the artwork. The final prints looked amazing! And the whole process was fast. I had ordered the prints without the stands thinking it was easy to use the stands I already had. It turned out not to be so easy but Jacob stayed on the phone with me to help. Over and above! Will be working with them again. Highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience after what seemed like a promising start. Citiprint offered to visit our offices to get a better idea of what was needed (which was unexpected yet very appreciated). However, the visit never happened despite arranging time on two different occasions for Citiprint to visit. No proper explanation for the no-show was given on either occasion and neither was there any proper indication that they would not be able to attend. To sum up, a very different experience to what other reviewers seem to have had.

AVOID! They’ve been ignoring emails for 3 months and still haven’t refunded money for undelivered goods.

One of the most unpleasant companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We booked services to install a wall at an exhibition and only found out on the day we were due to set up that it was incomplete, they'd (Jacob) ignore our calls and not communicate the morning of. We emailed, called and had confirmation several times beforehand, even up until them telling us it was finished and ready to go the week before! Unprofessional company, do not trust them

I had an event taking place in London last week and had some pretty urgent, last minute print requirements for the event. Having been put in contact with Jacob at Citiprint, I couldn't have been more impressed with the level of service received.

I sent Jacob my requirements roughly a week before the event and he came back straight away with very good rates for the work, especially given the tight turnaround I needed. Jacob was very flexible with me getting the artwork across to him, even offering a same day print if I needed to buy back some time.

Travelling up from Manchester to London on the day of the event and being busy on-site setting up, Jacob even offered to deliver the prints straight to the event venue for me to save time having to fight my way across London and back again armed with roller banners and table plans.

All in all a fantastic level of service with even better print quality. Probably the best quality roller banners I've had from a supplier too. Will definitely be sending more work their way in the near future.

Great, reliable and fast turnaround print company who helped me out for SAV print in London for a weekend event where my original print went wrong. Delivery was to my hotel early the next morning and came just as needed and my client and I were relieved for this solution, especially on the weekend in Central London! Will definitely use again if ever in a similar situation in the future!

Exceptional and prompt service in a midnight hour crisis! Despite the already maxed out work load Citiprint already had for FirEx 2019 that my client was attending, they remained calm, polite and very responsive. Their expertise in dealing with the ExCel in London meant they were able to advise on what was needed and were able to offer an installation service too!
Excellent company - will definitely be using them in the future.

Honestly, the best customer service I've ever had - last minute printing emergency for an event the same day, and I had constant communication with Alex on online chat, answering my 8 million questions - they fixed up low res logos etc. and delivered a perfect product within hours.

Citiprint were brilliant. Came to our rescue when another supplier let us down last minute. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Sent a file in on a weekend seeing as Citiprint seemed to be the only place open on weekends and they pulled the rabbit out the hat and got me my prints first thing Monday. Print quality was perfect and vinyl was very easy to apply. Amazing services and will most definitely be using them again.
