Very Easy!
The process was very easy, walked me through step by step. I loved that the pictures of the tax refund pages were there to see exactly what I was looking for. I had some issues getting my pdf to print but all I had to do was call and speak to someone. It was a technical difficulty that was fixed within seconds. Thank you!

It was not complicated as going alone would have been
It was easy. Walked me right through to processes. Only one issue. Once in awhile the program would stall or not respond. The FAFSA app never downloaded at the prompt. Kinda frustrating but still an easy program to navigate through

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it, I shared it with all our team and it made their day.
The FAFSA download issue is something we are working on, each browser acts differently regarding download so we have to adjust to each of them one by one, it's work but we are on it.
Regarding the program not responding, that should not have happened, I'm going to investigate on that with my technology team and make sure it does not happen in the future.

Thank you for your review! We currently do not have the function to edit the application afterward but it is definitely in our pipeline. I will talk to our awesome technology team so they can make this feature available sooner.

However, If you need the change as soon as possible, I would recommend you download your FAFSA and edit it in a PDF editor as you wish.

In answer to your question, at this stage the supported application method is to download the fully completed form the Citizen Assistant provides, print it, sign it and mail it to the FAFSA address.
