Impossible to contact customer service

I need to cancel my booking but cannot reach CitizenPlane at all. The email addresses stated in their contact section bounce back with a delivery failure. There is no cancellation option on the website either. This is unacceptable customer service. I am still waiting for a solution.

Update: I receive your emails, but I still cannot reply to your email as it bounces back. This is an unacceptable mistake on your end. Please provide a working contact address.

CitzenPlane messed up Bigtime. Horrible. Lies, and timeconsuming

CitzenPlane messed up Bigtime! They told me my flight was rescheduled and then rescheduled again. With no opportunity to get the right ticket issued. They even wrote "we assure you that our provider has made the change, you should go to the airport for the early flight". I went to the airport, 6 hours to early with no options to check in earlier. Horrible experience. The custimor service was off all the time. They steal your time and money. Do not trust them. Book with airline directly. I have learned my lesson

Also! They did not provide a proper PNR untill 18 hrs before planned departure, that made it impossible to book luggage or retreave the boarding card.

Never again

I'm totally disappointed. They just kept stringing me along. They promised me things even though they knew they couldn't deliver. When I booked the flight, I choose seats. A few days later they told me due to technical things my reservation was not possible and I should do it through the airline directly. To do so I needed the PNR which I didn't have, so I contacted them to receive it. They told me I get the PNR for the airline 7 days prior to the flight. 7 days before the flight they told me sorry for the delay, it might take another day. After another day, they told me I will receive it 24 hours before my flight. 24 hours before they told me I won't get it and I have to check in at the airport directly. I would have been more understanding if they would have told me directly, but they just lied and lied again.
NEVER AGAIN!

ticket cancellation

by mistake, I bought a ticket for the wrong date and direction, without the possibility of changing it, I did not believe that my money would be returned. because otherwise I am skeptical about communication via e-mail. However, the staff from "Citizenplane". it happened to me and with one exception they wrote to me that they would return my money.

I had a great experience with CitizenPlanes. I had requested a cancellation after missing the refund timeframe, and the team still managed to initiate the refund by making an exception.
