Good flats, great people, but communication to be improved
Took me several emails and phone calls before I finally got the person who was really able to help me. To be honest I had just one day to sort everything out, but as for me that's exactly when you see how helpful the company is. Would appreciate emails answering my questions next time rather than something forcing me calling on and on again.

Amazing Service!
Daisy in Citybase is amazing to deal with. Daisy and the team at Citybase were, efficient, fast and ever so helpful with all of my queries. I had a large group of over 40 people coming and going over a 3 month period so I had many changes and tweak's along the way which Daisy handled beautifully. The accommodation is city center, serviced with 24 hour reception and my guests are safe and secure in the knowledge that there is always someone there to help them out if they need it. If your looking for an alternative to staying in a hotel and having the convenience of an apartment with that home from home feel then get in touch with Daisy in Citybase !

The service I received was excellent
The service I received was excellent. I had to book for a colleague who was relocating and the help we received from Citybase (Daisy and Sharon mostly) was excellent. They were always happy to help where they could no matter what the query was.

I needed three separate apartments in a short period of time and was able to get exactly what I wanted with absolute professional and friendly service. Although everyone I spoke to in the last 24 hours was extremely polite and helpful, I am extremely grateful for Lewis Shepherd who got my apartments booked quickly and was in constant contact if I had any questions.

Handling multiple enquiries can be improved
I made enquiries at 2 separate locations at Silver Doors and West Street Mews and I didn't realised at first that they were both run by Citybase Apartments.
I preferred Silver Doors because it has private car park lots for the residents. When I was offered West Street Mews very promptly (within 30 minutes) of my enquiry, I didn't take up the offer immediately as I was waiting for the response from Silver Door.
After waiting for 4 hours, I decided to take West St Mews. I had a few anxious moments when I couldn't find my reservation on-line to confirm my booking.
So I had to call and the customer service team member, Roisin Hine was very helpful. She managed to retrieve it and got my booking in order.
Conclusion: Citybase should have informed me that Silver Door was not available at the same time when West St Mews was offered to me. That would have made my experience with Citybase a lot less trying...
