I urgently needed to rent a service apartment in London for a few months. I initially went with an Airbnb for two weeks, then another service apt company for one week, then finally Citybase. Out of the three companies, Citybase was the most professional with the best maintained flat.

Alistair Macnaghten was extremely responsive and professional. He took in my needs and tried to accommodate the best he could.The flat that Alistair arranged was well maintained, clean, and even repaired in timely manner when the smoke alarm went off on a Sunday.

I would highly recommend Citybase and Alistair to anyone looking for service apartments in London.

I reached out to Citybase through a Google search and my experience with Freya from Citybase has been very superior. We travel a lot and interact with various rental services, and this one has been very smooth and efficient as an overall experience.

I’ve used Citybase Apartments before (2015) and the level of excellent customer service was very good as usual . The advisor was patient whilst I considered the options presented. At no time did I feel I was wasting her time whilst I pondered the price of different levels of accommodation. It was truly a pleasure able experience. A company I would use again for a short break in London.

I booked a two-bed apartment quite far in advance, just for one night as we were attending a gig at Manchester arena. Got a great rate and, to be honest, wasn't expecting much for the price. I was proved pleasantly wrong! Spacious, clean apartment, equipped with everything you could need. Good central location and the reception staff were lovely...friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
