The only lip gloss I've found that doesn't cause my lips to chap and peel. I need more colors!

I love all the products that I’ve tried. City Lips clear is the greatest lip product on the market. I’ve always had very dry lips that crack and peel but no more since I found City Lips my lips are moist and no longer dry or peeling since I have been using this product, for several years. I love City Beauty’s products

Love City Beauty products. Hands down the best lip plumper products.

The product really does plump up your lips. I wear it every day and someone always tells me how full my lips look and that’s quite a compliment for a 75 year old woman. It also hydrates my lips. I rarely use anything for color since the product seems to let the natural pink of my lips shine through.

The product is excellent! Plumper, fuller lips which
hydrate, as well. The colors you create are fabulous!

My only complaint is that you don’t offer free shipping. In order to receive free shipping you have to order multiple items to be eligible. This practice prohibits me from ordering more frequently. Perhaps it’s time for you to change this practice so that you will receive more orders in the future.

Literally the only lip product I use. 24/7 I’m wearing CL! It keeps my lips moisturized and deliciously glossy.

I've got a tube of City Lips in my Car, my golf cart my Pickleball bag, my pocketbook (s) my husbands car, the pocket of my dog walking jacket ... you get the picture!

City lips is unlike any gloss I’ve ever used! Stays on long and looks great, even an hour or two after being applied.

I have been a customer since March 2020 and have encountered an issue with my recent order that requires your attention. The order I placed on your website arrived in Amazon packaging, containing products manufactured in March and May 2024. This is inconsistent with my previous experiences, where products were delivered in City Beauty packaging and had more recent manufacturing dates. I have communicated with your customer service representatives, who insisted I retain and pay for these products. However, I am not comfortable accepting items that do not meet my expectations based on prior transactions. I respectfully request a pre-paid return label to facilitate the return of these products. I am unwilling to pay $100 for items that appear older and were not shipped directly from your facility. Due to this situation, I have contacted xxx to dispute the charge and report this incident. I am disappointed by this experience and the handling of my concerns by your representatives. Please provide a resolution to this matter promptly, as it has significantly impacted my trust in City Beauty.

Honestly could say this is a staple. I’ve been looking for something that actually works for so long and finally came across City Beauty and now I literally don’t need any other chapstick. I feel like they are FINALLY supple and my lips have reached their full potential size wise. It doesn’t hurt or anything either which I’m IN LOVE with. The applicator is smooth. The product looks rich. I mean I literally feel like a million bucks it’s amazing. Thank you sososososo much I truly appreciate this product and will never stop buying❣️

Makayla is very friendly and customer service oriented. The waxing on the legs did not last 2 days.

Love my city lips. It's not sticky like the other ones I've tried. I'll be buying more when it's time. Thanks for making such a good product.

Ordering & delivery were a very smooth process, but not as smooth & soft as my lips! This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered City Lips plumping glass (in clear & a total of 4 different colors). The BEST PART is how soft, moist & not sticky my lips feel, and it truly lasts for hours! I live in the desert & drink a lot of water, so even with lips touching my water bottle on repeat, this is the best gloss I’ve ever used, period!

I LOVE the City Beauty Lip glosses!! I have the Clear and Pink Nude and recently acquired the Midnight Sparkle and South Peach and I love em! My fave so far is the Peach. At first when I purchased my first two, I honestly did not like the smell (it says its vanilla) but it did not smell like it at all (maybe from the heat outside during shipping idk) but I didn't put it on because of that. But when I would wear it, I noticed how nice and plump and smooth my lips looked and how it lasted almost all day with one application (even after drinking my protein coffee and water) which NONE of my other lip glosses or lip balms have done! So needless to say, I started wearing it more often to now its a must every day! Love it and can't wait til my next set of two! C'mon sales!
