We have had an excellent experience with City Blinds and Shutters. We recently had shutters installed and they look great and are of an extremely high quality build and install. Firstly, Bryan who visited to discuss our options, he was very helpful and informative. Ross who installed the shutters, came bang on when was agreed, he did the job in no time and was friendly and polite. All in all a great experience and would certainly recommend and use in the future. Shutters arrived when they were estimated to.

Would highly recommend city blinds... Good quality and professional service... Stuart first of all came and measured and priced blinds for me... The guy who was fitting the blinds was a guy called Mark... He was very professional and was a very nice helpful guy...

We dealt initially with Ronnie who measured an gave us a price for our blind. Everything was straightforward and reasonable price with no hidden costs. Fitting time was arranged within the expected timescale and Pat completed the fitting for us. Pat was friendly and efficient. Blind was lovely quality.

I would highly recommend this company to install your blinds. I had a very smooth and successful experience from start to finish. The turnover was extremely quick considering I had left it so late to organise. I appreciated the urgency and fast work of the whole team. Ronnie was excellent at going through measurements and quotes with me. The blinds were fitted by Pat who not only did an amazing job but was extremely efficient. As you can imagine when moving into a new property, time isn’t something you have a great deal of to waste. Pat is a fantastic representation of your company and it’s definitely a place I would be recommending others to use for blinds because of his handy work.

Was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call to say my blinds were ready after 6 days instead of the 14 days that I was told when I ordered them. Danny came in this morning and put them up in no time at all, and they look spot on. Can't fault anything from enquiry to fitting!!

Danny from City Blinds fitted our house with blinds this morning and couldn’t have asked for a better service! Explained everything about how to work the blinds and child safety. 7 blinds fitted in no time! Would definitely recommend!

Best experience by far and memorable for myself or encourage family when they need anything. Gorgeous wooden blinds and the Fitter Mark has made this memorable with his friendly manner and knowledge. Who knew the small details could make such a difference to the angle of closing the blinds to get better blockage of daylight and the pull cord child friendly with the demonstration of this coming away preventing accidents and also how to re attach. Although small details it has shown his service and experience as I find sometimes that's the details missed from other companies. Will be back again when need more .

Great service. From the Office staff who were very helpful as I had my measurements and knew what I wAs looking for so they gave me rough idea of cost rather than wasting my time with a sales visit. Their price was better than my previous 2 quotes. Estimator was good. No hard sell. Special Thanks to Mark the fitter. So pleasant and took time to make sure they were fitted perfectly . Thanks guys

from start to finish the experiance we had was excellent kevin who measured our blinds was very good and did not pressure us into buying the blinds and pat the fitter fitted the blinds very profesionally and cleaned up after he finished overall excellant service and price would recommend city blinds to family and friends

Just received my blinds and I love them, pat the fitter was great he arrived in good time with a call before hand and left no mess when installing. Stewart our sale guy was very helpful throughout the process and definitely help with my choice. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Excellent service from start to finish: professional, reliable and helpful. Danny and Mark did a great job of measuring the windows and installing the Perfect Fit blinds, which look fantastic by the way! Also big thanks to Elaine in the office for her help.

Great pre-sale service from Kevin, unfortunately the installation and after sales is shocking. Purchased an electronic blind in January and it is still not working right (March). Was told that the installer would put up blind and set up hub and app. Unfortunately the installer had not been trained and I had to set it up myself - was told to watch a YouTube Video!! After a frustrating two week of trying to get it to work consistently, Kevin and I eventually worked out that the hub was broken as was promised a new one. Have had to chase, chase and chase to get this sorted and have spoken to Kevin, Kimberley and Helen, this is over two months now and still counting. Shocking customer service and after sales care, they are just not interested as they have your money.

Have eventually been told they will come but not at a convenient time to me. No alternative was offered. I suggested that they put it in the post and they made a big thing that they were going to pay for the postage!

Have put complaint in emails and phone calls with no return calls and have now been referred to a Clare (no surname, as was told they could not give this out). Still waiting on her call and an apology from anyone, will not hold my breath.

Do not use this company, product is good, when it works, but the customer service is appalling.

My wife and I recently moved into our new property and decided to get quotes for shutters. City Blinds were one of 4 to offer quotes to us.
Price wise two were way above what City Blinds and another were offering.
In the end we chose City Blinds and I have to say we are absolutely delighted with the whole process from start to finish.
The quality and installing by Andrew is first class, any issues which have arisen during our install process were dealt with very quickly.
We have just had our last shutters fitted to the conversion done on our property and I cannot stress enough how beautiful the finish is. All in all, I have no regrets what so ever in choosing this company for our shutters and would recommend them highly to anyone reading this review.

I had already written a review when I got my blinds a couple of weeks ago but there was a problem which wasn't noticeable at the time. Stewart came back to have a look and decided I needed a replacement. It was ordered and Ross fitted it today and changed the cords round. Excellent service. I would recommend City Blinds every time. From my first contact with the company I was kept aware of the progress I found the office staff really helpful.
Ross initially came out to my home to give me an estimate and measure windows and he was very professional and informative and made me aware of the next step.
Pat then came to my home to fit the blinds and was very polite/friendly and very efficient. Love my blinds thanks to all the team
