Great communication throughout. Second attempt to get full fibre,first time was told too difficult and would ruin my garden. Wasn't too bothered about not getting it. Another call from SKY so tried again. Tony arrived -well what a difference! Nothing was too much trouble,he looked at the garden worked out a route and talked me through it. He had to lift my large flat stones and clear slate chips to dig the channel then route it through my decking. All done with a smile despite the rain and hail! Replaced everything swept up and I was up and running. Fantastic. Thankyou Tony, def 5 star employee 🙂

The engineers were great. Customer service was also brilliant. We were with virgin , escalating prices. Wanting £68 a month for 500 download speed. We are now paying £22 and have a wifi 7 router for 1G The WiFi is excellent.

Explained everything thoroughly, caused the absolute it e minimum of disruption outside and inside our home, super clean, answered all my questions and ensured everything worked before he left. Brilliant experience and just what you want when people are in your home.

The appointed day and time of installation were fully respected. I was reminded of this several times, which is an important element of good service.
The team of specialists arrived on time,
all work was done very quickly, professionally and neatly, the engineer was polite and explained all his actions in detail. After setting up the equipment and checking the quality of the connection, the installation site was so clean that no additional cleaning was required.
Very grateful to the installation team for their work.

Very nice gentlemen, they where fast and nice to talk to, had an issue with my broadband but they told me to wait an hour after installation and it worked

Failed installation for the second time as CityFibre / Kelly Communications is not prepared to move the surface box 1/2 inches in order for the engineer to be able to re-connect our fibre line due to previous damage. Once again left with no broadband to the home and working a hybrid role is not incredibly challenging. No date given to the repair.
