Great experience with Cityfibre

Great experience with Cityfibre. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed of every step from start to finish. The 2 guys who did the install explained what they had to inside the property and outside and made sure everything was in working order before they left and explained who to call etc if there were any problems. Guys were friendly and respectful of my property. Would definitely recommend Cityfibre. 10 out of 10 guys 👏

The installer was polite professional…

The installer was polite professional and incredibly friendly. My young son to a shine to his work and he took the time with him to show him the ropes [mini ropes of course] overall his customer care was amazing. Thank you

Great communication and terrific engineers, could not fault my installation, which happened on time and schedule. Never get any of this from BT; this is how a company and services should be run.

Upgrading from copper DSL broadband…

Upgrading from copper DSL broadband with another supplier to full fibre with Vodafone/CityFibre took two weeks from placing the order to having an active service. Everything was very efficient and went smoothly. All the staff were very professional. Excellent service.

Andrew who installed my broadband was excellent. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the installation quickly and professionally.
