Application and documents sent in and still no contact after two weeks. No reply to emails. Very poor customer service

Absolutely amazing 😻 they are so helpful & very fast in responding I have been using city finance for ages now & will continue to as long as they let me lol 😂 thank you 🙏 for everything guys it’s much appreciated

I accidentally have paid money into the City Finance Account that has now been paid off
It’s been a week after 3 phone calls and 3 emails to retrieve this money
Quick to get people in debt at huge interest rates but when they have to refund - non attendance
Will be taking things further if not resolved

City Finance staff are always friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to everyone I talk to :-)

Terrible service just after money don't care about you I've tried to contact them several times with no answer now apparently I owe them more then my loan amount I've tried to explain I don't work I receive centrelink payments but they don't care they have added an extra 300 onto my loan for no reason at all

After a slight hiccup at the start all went very fast & smooth

Wow, amazing company and old fashioned customer service very rarely seen these days! First time customer and loan approved and funds deposited within 24hrs. Being on disability benefits was expecting dramas and instead treated with respect. Big shout out to Sara who is just wonderful and made our experience so positive. Management she deserved a big fat raise!!!

The lady, Sara, who handled my application was very helpful and friendly. I was very happy with the outcome 😃

Anything that I submitted that was incorrect I was emailed with exactly what was wrong and how to correct it. The loan was approved within an hour or two from the time I first contacted them. The Agent was Noelle. The day before my payment I get a reminder so as to make sure the money is available in the account,

They are an amazing service very helpful when it comes to taking a loan while on Centrelink
Was able to refinance without any problem to be able to service my car, repair my phone and help fund some money towards my twins 21st birthday for presents and a small party
Deanna,Amanda and Crystal were so very help and efficient with likely recommend my children through them if they need a loan

Took six hours to finalize my loan application, multiple emails back and forth, wouldn't recommend.

Sarah is fantastic. Deserves a pay rise for the great customer service. She is very knowledgeable, quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend City Finance and Sarah to anyone who is interested in getting a small loan.

Applied for a loan 6 days ago and no reply, I tried emailing the 2 emails addresses I got off the website and no reply , I even tried calling right at the start of the day and end of the day and I get hung up on after waiting 15-20 mins , I reviewed a bunch of reviews about city finance and I've found I'm not the only one with the same problems , it's obvious Theres some sort of staff shortage or a bunch of people have been laid off , or I could only assume that loan applications are not of high priority,

Pretty poor effort

So I made an application with City Finance simply unknowingly whether or not I would be approved.
Also knowing I did not have the greatest credit rating on file, my income isn’t a lot and fortnightly and I just felt my chances of approval were slim next to no chance.
I applied anyway, with this being my only hope…to my surprise, not only was I approved but City Finance actually offered and approved my loan amount.
There is hope for those who have lost hope, there is a chance for those on next to no income and there are still really really genuine and decent loan lenders like City Finance.
Sara is who I had majority of my comms with and she made the approval possible for me.
To the City Finance Company - thank you, so very appreciative and grateful I wasn’t just a number and I was looked over considering my chances. Truly truly amazed and astounded right now
