The experience with Mike at CITYHOUSE…
The experience with Mike at CITYHOUSE has been excellent. My property was previously let with a large letting agent in London who I decided to part with but also decided to add CITYHOUSE as I am all for the disruptive businesses and supporting early stage companies with clever business models. They provided me with guaranteed rent within the promised 19 days and have been responsive on agreeing Landlord paperwork with me and helping me with getting the premises turned around between tenancies thanks to their fantastic interior design team. Living outside London in a foreing country with a young family, they have taken the sting out of having to actively manage the property during my first void period since owning. So far so good and I would highly recommend to anyone considering renting their property.

I have recently finished my rental agreement with Cityhouse. Thank you so much for helping me move fast after spending so long looking for a new apartment. They took a couple of days to repair an issue but it was perfect after and in the whole, my experience was amazing. Good luck in the future
