Excellent service from start to finish
I couldn't recommend City Moves highly enough. They were excellent from the initial telephone enquiry and short notice booking (the solicitors didn't give us a definite answer until the day before our planned move date) . Our movers Scott and Morgan couldn't have been more helpful or professional, they made the actual move go incredibly smoothly.

Excellent service all round
We had a great experience with City Moves. They stepped in at the last minute when another removal company let us down, which was incredibly stressful at the time, but they completely saved the day.
Despite the short notice, they honored the original quote and were reliable from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and worked extremely hard throughout the move. Most importantly, they took great care with all of our possessions and handled everything with real attention and respect.
Moving house can be a very stressful experience, but the team made the whole process much smoother for us. I would not hesitate to recommend City Moves to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removal company.

Good experience all round
I was a nervous mover having not moved for over 20 years.

I can honestly say City Moves did a brilliant job, and the team of men involved were all very personable, cooperative and respectful.
Very pleased with the whole experience provided by this company.

The staff in the office were always very helpful and the team involved with the actual move arrived on time to empty our property and then at the new property to deliver our belongings .On both occasions they were polite,efficient and very professional.They took exceptional care of our belongings.I would definitely recommend City moves.

We have received a very high standard from City Moves. The process from start to finish was seamless, both from the office and also the moving team on the day. The team on the day were very professional, careful with all of our belongings and respectful. They were very swift both leaving the house we moved from and at the new house and there were no marks. House Move …
My husband and I picked City moves from the trustpilot reviews and we are pleased that we did. We had the packing and removal package. The men arrived the day before and packed everything and the removal vans turned up on time the following day and moved us 30 miles to our new house. They worked extremely hard all day and they were friendly and helpful. We would recommend them.

Absolutely fabulous and reliable company. I would whole heartedly recommend using them. From initial booking through to the removals, staff are friendly, communicative, polite and for the removals on time. No job seemed to large/small, from planters to wardrobes to kitchen ware to treasured items, everything was packed carefully and with consideration. We will use City Moves again (and probably again)
