The attendant that opened my car door as I pulled up to the sign inside the garage never greeted me as he was in conversation with another attendant he just opened my car door & continued his conversation. I tried to explain I had a reservation but he just pointed over to the window to another attendant. Upon pick up there was one attendant on duty & it was chaos with at least 4 groups waiting to leave, others arriving no space for cars to pull out of the way, customers fighting with the attendant as it was taking so long to get cars. Not the attendants fault he was overworked & under stress. Not very good customer service at all. I will not be returning to the facility.
