Making an advance reservation does not guarantee a spot?
I made an appointment online. When I arrived, I was in line behind another vehicle. I showed my reservation code to the attendant who responded that he didn't have any spaces. The driver in front of me was given a ticket and exited the vehicle. For some reason, that driver chose to leave. The attendant disappeared for a while, and then came back. He asked when I planned to leave. I said about 6pm, although my reservation was until 7:30pm. With that he was able to find a space. Apparently making a reservation, and paying in advance, does not guarantee a spot.

Misled about price
I reserved with the app, paying $26. When I came to get my car the attendant tried to charge me $41 and I had to argue quite forcefully that I’d already paid. (He should have said, “The price is less on the app please show me the receipt.”
