avoid at all costs
I literally took photos of my car on dropoff and pickup, they put a large dent in the door, and then even after I got three local estimates, they wouldn't come close to matching even the lowest estimate. Avoid at all costs. The manager is a good guy, but their employees are incompetent and their claims department is crooked.

Good experience
We had a really good experience! Came up from out of state and had pre-paid. Parking garage was easy to find and the guys working were very nice. They parked our car and later had it ready to go quickly! We will definitely be using them again.

When I first arrived with my paid reservation from the company's website, the garage manager said they were full and the paid reservation was not a guarantee of a spot. I complained and showed him the printout from their website and he let me pull in. In the end it all worked out ok, but at first it was a little stressful because I had an appointment in NYC,

Great Staff
The facilities were easy to find and the staff members were very friendly and courteous. Only issue was a bit of a wait on picking up my car as there was only one employee working. But overall, I would recommend this parking facility and will use it again when in the area.
