Do not leave anything of value or much less any value in your car. I used this parking a few times when visiting my office. I left items in the care that dissappear when I return from the car. This includes unopened sodas and food. Whats worse is that on my most recent visit, my car came out damaged and of course they said it was like that when it came in. I will not be using this parking lot any longer.

NOT RECOMMENDED. 25 years in NYc, never occurred to me I needed a reservation to park in a garage for a couple of hours. Never needed it near museums, court houses, hospitals. The attendant gave zero explanation. Another customer told me what app she used just before pulling in. Her husband drove she handled the app. Then while already inside, I downloaded the app and was about to select booking, when the attendant insisted I had to reserve the day prior. Which the other customer and I both knew was not true. So I left. I rather pay a day-rate across the street, than deal with dishonest, power tripping attendant.
