The garage is wonderful and the people are very kind. It was difficult yesterday morning because the facility was not adequately staffed to accommodate the Police Academy graduation and cars were lined up for long periods of time; I arrived in plenty of time but nearly missed my train as I waited twenty minutes just to get in and out.

I had a terrifying experience in this parking garage. I was stuck in the elevator for over 20 minutes and the emergency button and phone did absolutely nothing. We called the parking garage for help and no one responded or came to assist us. We even contacted the fire department, and no one showed up.

I only got out because two men who were stuck with me forced the doors open and people outside heard us yelling. This is a serious safety issue and completely unacceptable.

If this is how they handle emergencies, I do not feel safe returning here. Elevators should be properly maintained, and there should be staff available to respond when people are trapped. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes these safety failures.

I was at my son‘s graduation from NYPD. I paid and reserve parking the day before when I pulled up to the parking garage in between the parking time which was between 9 AM and 10 AM. I got there before 10 AM. The gentleman told me there was no more parking available. Basically they had sold my space that I had reserved and paid for. He was very rude and very disrespectful. I have placed several phone calls to get a refund on my parking that I prepaid for no one has called me back. I am now in the middle of disputing this with my bank do not park here prepaid they will give your space away and you will have to find another space and pay more money I had to pay triple of what I paid very dissatisfied. Very poor customer service and the company doesn’t get back to you. Do not park here.

Absolutely worst garage ever! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ripped the side skirt of my car while parking it. Zero accountability and their claims department is a joke. There is no way to get them to take responsibility for the incident or to get compensated and everyone who tries to file gets the same generic message about an internal "investigation" that found they are not liable, which is outrageous. They honestly deserve to get shut down because the level of disrespect and how unprofessional they are. Your car will get damaged and you will regret parking here. Do yourself a favor and read all the negative reviews about all the cars they damaged with zero consequences and trust those reviews! You do not want to park here, ever, and the same thing will happen to you!

Omar Capellan told my husband he won’t park the car and called my husband a “Mexican POS” while pushing on my husbands chest. He made us miss time from a $500 show. Filed a police report. Pressing charges.

Easy to access with care for the car. The attendants were both friendly. Would definitely use this garage again.

What a terrible experience. The parking attendant tried to extort additional money after pre-paying for faster service. The line was ridiculous. People were getting double charged. Cars were lost. I’d never use this garage again.

Conveniently located

It would have been cheaper if I use the hotel discount of the Fairfield right next door.

MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS HORRIFIC! TOOK MY LITTLE SISTER TO SEE 6LACK LAST NIGHT 11/05/2023, AND WHEN WE GOT BACK TO THE GARAGE IT WAS SUPER PACKED. I MEAN, TWO SEPERATE LINES AND PEOPLE HAD NO IDEA WHERE TO STAND BECAUSE THEIR WAS NO DIRECTION WHATS SO EVER. WE WAITED ON LINE FOR A WHOLE HOUR, LISTENING TO PEOPLE COMPLAIN AND VERY FRUSTRATED. WHEN I FINALLY GOT SOME HELP I COULD NOT FIND MY TICKET, TO REALIZE I NEVER GOT ONE. I WAS PISSED. NOT ONLY BECAUSE HE WAS RUDE BUT HE WAS NOT TRYING TO HELP AND DISMISSED ME. I FINALLY FOUND MY CAR AFTER RUNNING AROUND TRYING TO FIND THE GUY THAT HELPED ME INITIALLY. SO I GRABBED THE TICKET ON MY WINDSHEILD AND PROCEEDED. NOW THEIRS ANOTHER LINE TO GET HELP GETTING YOUR CAR. I SKIPPED THE WHOLE LINE BECAUSE I WAS SO FED UP AND HANDED THE GUY $20 TO GET SOME FAST HELP. WE WERE UPSET AND EXHAUSTED. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. I PAID $40 FOR THAT? NEVER. SHOULD HAVE PARKED IN THE STREET. WOULDVE BEEN FASTER AND CONVIENENT. AFTER SUCH A GREAT CONCERT TO END UP HERE AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS WAS RIDICULOUS! DO NOT PRE-BOOK, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

The rear passenger inside wall my tire was slashed when the attendant drove it on to the metal rack in the garage. The tire was brand new and was completely fine when the car arrived at City Garage. Two days later I arrived to retrieve my car and the tire was slashed and flat.

The damage was caused by their attendant and the metal rack that he drove it on to. I had to replace the tire so that I could return home to Maryland that evening and they refused to pay for the new tire.

DON'T park at any City Garage location.

It was very easy and there was no wait time when picking up my car.
