The most nasty rudest parking attendant…
The most nasty rudest parking attendant I’ve ever had to deal with ever. I was told to read a sign like I was a child. I was told to shut up. I was told to take my business elsewhere if I didn’t like the way he was acting. Ignoring cars coming in because he was on is phone. This was at the garage on 12 west 53rd street around 5:30pm on June 4. It was to the point where you almost wanted to escalate the situation with him. That’s how nasty and rude he was.

Customer Service is unresponsive
I prepaid and then the police blocked off the street sinai could not access the garage. I called customer service three times and left messages but nobody returned my calls. Additionally, I waited over 1/2 hour for my car to be retrieved yesterday/ very frustrating. I am still waiting for customer service to call so that I may get a refund for the day I could not access the garage.
