I used Spot Hero app to book a parking space today. I tried to show the attendant my reservation and he told me to show it to him when I come back to retrieve my car. Spot Hero charged my card the correct amount, but now the "QR" is not working and I had to pay the attendant $25.00 to get my car. They literally are running a scam. What are you going to do if you want your car back. It is a despicable practice. Check out google and yelp reviews of this company..... I am not the only person this has happened to.
