Terrible experience. This is a very poorly managed garage. The attendant made us circle the block just to re-enter, which caused us to be late for our play. To make matters worse, the garage has almost no signage, making it confusing and frustrating to navigate. I would not recommend parking here.

Well for first they ended up damaging my car! Then after I arrived for pick up they ignored and played it down and said it wasn’t them. Then when I asked for manager contact info they denied my the contact or name and asked me to come on Monday. I went back on Monday and again same response. All I need is some accountability. I will be taking this matter further but be careful y’all! The staff is super irresponsible and so is the management.

Mass congestion, car came back with a big dent, line way out the garage. No organization.

The price was great. The signs for picking up and paying weren’t clear and I ended up waiting a long time because I didn’t know I still had to go to the counter first. I had prepaid so I thought I was done. I waited a really long time for my car. Almost a half hour. I know it’s busy when the theatre gets out but they should plan better.

This garage is a mess. Since that day, I try to avoid going through there. I arrived at the booth, paid, and was told to wait for the car. After half an hour of waiting, and seeing that many people who arrived after me had their car, I asked for my car. It was parked on the other side of the garage, ready to go, and the key was in the booth. When I paid, I should have received the key and the details of where the car was, but the person who is always there, who never says hello by the way, didn`t pay attention, (as usual) and made me wait for half an hour, with the car ready on the other side of the garage.

Beware, there are rats at this location. The rats gnaw and burrow into cars. My car was brand new, first day I had gotten it, I parked it in the garage for one night and picked it up and the rats chewed through my fuel line. Had to get towed and a whole new fuel line.

DO NOT PARK HERE!! An employee hit my vehicle right in front of me and the garage is not covering the damage!!
