Disappointed in City Parking. booked this garage & paid for my…
I pre booked this garage & paid for my reservation in advance only to be told upon arrival that there was no space. This is the second time this has happened to me using a City Parking garage. In this case the manager was involved & eventually he found a spot for my car. This would have caused me so much inconvenience if I had to leave & find another parking garage leaving me late for my event.
I don’t think I will be using them again. It seems to me that there is no allowances made for customers who pre booked in advance.

I booked a reservation at the 641…
I booked a reservation at the 641 Washington St garage for today, Tuesday Sept 3rd but I arrived at the garage and the attendant told me the garage was full and he didn't have a space for me despite booking an advanced reservation so I had to leave and past very high charges to park somewhere else at the last minute. The attendant told me that booking in advance doesn't guarantee me a spot and there is no mention of this in the reservation email. Also I just checked the city parking website for this garage and I'm still able to book a space today for this garage. I checked my credit card, and I did see that a charge is pending, I sent an email to city parking but never heard back so how I proceed to get a refund for this charge considering that I was forced to leave the 641 Washington street garage.
