Started parking at 80 Riverside Blvd
Started parking at 80 Riverside Blvd, since my rates went up a lot at Icon parking. Alejandro, who is the manager, is very nice, but the 3rd week that my car was parked there, a huge scratch on the passenger appeared, when I picked it up. I check my car before I give my cars over to attendants, I've learned my lesson from a long time ago. I've now been waiting for 2 weeks for someone to respond to me from Claims and fix the scratch. Still haven't heard anything, and if I don't get a response in the next few days, then my next call is to my lawyer.
