Check in was horrible
I was upset that the gentleman had me leave the parking garage to confirm the reservation. I was having difficulty because you had No Wifi for customer use and the signal was terrible. In addition he refused to allow me to walk up the ramp to get service, he had me leave the parking garage and return once I had the QR code confirmation. Once I returned his co- worker didn't even ask for the QR code and gave me a ticket and sent me on my way.

Have used this location intermittently over the past two years, and they have always been wonderful. The staff are friendly and so respectful, and my car is always in great condition/ready when I said I would be returning. I will definitely continue using them when we need to be in this area of the city!
