Avoid this incompetent company
Avoid this incompetent company. Booked a courier to collect first thing in the morning to get an urgent item to my customer in London. I explained when making the booking that this needed to be delivered before 11am and was told this would not be an issue. The courier eventually arrived at my address at 11.15 and said he had been sent to do another job first that was 40 miles away as it was for one of their regular customers. When I phoned and questioned this I was called a liar and was told they would have never agreed to be here at a certain time as this was not their policy.
The only reason I am giving a 1 star review is because it wouldn't allow me to give no stars.
