Unrealistic delivery window and poor communication.
Delivery organised by Wicks using CitySprint - Avoid!
I was given a 5H delivery window, their tracking service did not work and no one was available to speak. I was given a text to say good were delivered, got to the house to find them left by the door. Didn't approve leaving them unattended.
No where close to modern standards and caused me a lot of chaos's.
Could have sent a message letting me know an accurate delivery time.

Absolute joke of a company,I did a job starting in Peterborough going to Cambridge then onto Ipswich 2 hr drive ther then 2 hrs back for £36!!!!! Then they try sending me a job from Ipswich to Tottenham for £56 a 4 hr round trip I don’t think so u use more fuel than the jobs worth so avoid this company as after all the overheads of ther insurances etc it’s not worth getting out of bed
