Excellent customer service by Joao (CB22-JOAO)
Joao (CB22-JOAO) normally does our city sprint deliveries and he has always exceeded expectations such as by covering materials that risk getting damaged by rain if we are not around, and by leaving the materials at the appropriate location for easy retrieval. Joao is always polite and cheerful.
