My parcel was picked up from an Inpost…
My parcel was picked up from an Inpost locker 2 weeks ago and the tracking hasn’t moved since. Inpost have told me they have asked City Sprint for an update on the 4 occasions that I have chased it up and had no response from the courier (City Sprint) Both companies so far have not covered themselves in glory , I really do hope my parcel turns up as it was very expensive and in which case it will be reported stolen and the IMEI number blocked ! Probably picked up by the Letchworth depot ?

Following an IT issue experienced by InPost at the start of last week, CitySprint have been unable to process parcels moving between InPost lockers. This issue has now been resolved and CitySprint are now working through the processing of the backlogged parcels as fast as possible. CitySprint are really sorry that you have been inconvenienced as a result and assure you that we are making every effort to get affected parcels into the lockers at the earliest opportunity.
To initiate an investigation into this parcel, could you please provide the Inpost tracking number. The outcome of the investigation will be shared with InPost who will keep you updated with progress.
