Amazing Driver James
I felt I needed to share my recent experience as it is rare these days to get good service, and sadly it is becoming the norm..
However, your driver James, went above and beyond his duties today. A simple delivery to my address turned into a lot of work for James, (outside the box thinking, such a rarity these days!)
As I wasn’t home, I communicated with James via my ring doorbell, unfortunately James was unable to leave the package without my signed consent, however after me explaining to him and begging him not to just return the package back to my work between us we came up with a plan that would result in a positive outcome for me.
True to his word, James returned the said package to my work with a direct message from me, he even called me from my work place, to make sure that I could give clear instructions for the my work to hold the package and not send it back into the “ My work Return Stream” this would have resulted in me having to wait, for probably a month for the package to go through the return process and back out to me!!
Therefore, I would like to say a Huge Thank You to James. Without a doubt he is certainly a role model for anyone within the workplace,,,,

The CitySprint boys that come into work have always been friendly. Usually have our regular on a Thursday (Daniel - MD60) but we've never had any problems with any of them! Great team.
