Drivers adding additional waiting times and overcharging always without any justification or previous notification. Be ready to be charged extra. You arrange a bike and they’re sending a van. Plus, going around town and delivering god knows what to where knows what until they finally drop off at your dedicated destination.

A very poor service
A very poor service. They rang my phone to say they were parked on the street. I couldn’t answer my phone and they drove off. Never bothered coming to the house to drop the item. When tried to reschedule, the guy didn’t seem to care. No apologies but rudeness.

Lack of communication, customer care absent, poor service
I booked a few days in advance to collect at 3:30 PM. On the day of the collection, while waiting inside the building, I received an email stating that the delivery had been completed. However, the courier hadn't arrived, nor did I receive any call regarding his arrival, either before or after. Customer service was unavailable both by phone and chat, and they only replied two days later, claiming the courier couldn't find anyone for the collection. I ended up booking with another company the same day, whose tracking policy is far more reliable and transparent.
The first time, I received excellent assistance over the phone when making the booking and after, even for a small parcel, the job was done perfectly. Instead, this time, for a bigger one, it has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in all my moves across London.

'Yeah, we get lots of complaints every day'
Promised and received email confirming 7.30 collection and 9.00 delivery ( 40 minute journey) only to find that the collection wasn't going to be till after 9.00 and the delivery 'could be anytime'
When I questioned the employee they just told me 'Yeah, we get lots of complaints every day ' and offered to cancel the job for me as i clearly want
happy!!
Terrible service will never consider using again.

Booked a courier to deliver 2 x washing machines and was sent a driver in a normal car who said i didnt know what i was delivering. Was left with a very unhappy customer who was waiting for the delivery and the office called me to pay for another booking.
