Didn't turn up
Booked a same day courier for 6:45am weeks in advance. Got to 7am on the day and still no one had turned up. Called City Sprint and they said that none of their drivers had even logged on for the day! Left us with no courier service, last minute, meaning we had to book multiple Ubers to help. Will not be using again.

Driver L084 has been collecting from us for over a year. We cannot be more grateful to have such an amazing driver at our service. He is positive, kind, understanding and never fails to make us smile. Honestly such a rare type of human and we appreciate him so so much.

Not impressed with service so far. Booked bike courier yesterday for pickup of legal documents at 9am today. After 45’ wait and no show, I had to call Citysprint to find out what was happening. Just been told there is 60-90 wait. Not a acceptable service. Will report on whether this is accurate.
Update: courier came at 10.19 hrs, later than booked but quicker than told by Agent who indicated well after 11.00. Noel, the courier, was very polite and a good advert for the company.
Moral of tale for company- please let client know if there is delay and not keep in suspense or in dark.

What type of people are you employing here ? Ridiculous. Drivers lying about attempting delivery and customer service are useless. Will be avoiding.

We, as a business, have been using CitySprint for a number of years as our courier service in and around London. They always collect on time and deliver speedily. On the rare occasion the courier is delayed they call ahead notifying us of a new collection time. The drivers are always friendly and polite when picking up and delivering, and within the time frame given. We will continue to use this CitySprint for the foreseeable future, and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient courier service.

Received tracking updates saying that package nad been collected and then delivered, but these were incorrect as package hadnt even been picked up - so very misleading and caused unrequried checks and calls to resolve

Opted me into marketing emails without my consent. Don’t give you an unsubscribe button. Breach of GDPR. Careful of giving your personal data, you’ll be bombarded.

And to be honest you don’t need my contact info - your systems opted me into marketing without my consent and your marketing emails don’t allow you to unsubscribe. I think you’ll find the answers in your marketing protocol and data strategy.

You confirmed a booking for collection at 10am. You went ahead and collected instead 08:30am? Without prior call to the customer.

Awful - same day delivery for a business laptop. Took 9 days to arrive, nobody at Citysprint took any ownership of the issue, when I did manage to speak to somebody, I was told it was not their area/department and given other numbers to phone. I ended up chasing for a week, nobody has any clue who was supposed to do what other than lobbing the problem to another office and leave me hanging. For the first 5 days, they could not even tell where it was, they just could not find it... Eventually, it turned out they had sub-contracted Parceforce who was never going to deliver same day. What a bunch of clueless amateurs

Great service....kept updated the entire journey

Like most of the other 1* reviews, this company does not do as it says..... Stayed at work until 8pm for a delivery I'd paid extra for as needed the items today... Kept an eye on tracking, they called, I answered, phone went dead... The noticed that the tracking said I'd missed a delivery... Well, they clearly didn't attempt delivery as my office has a big reception, which is manned 24/7 - and, to be honest, you can't miss it, or the person sat behind reception... Called this company, and was told by Tara (out of office service), that as they had tried to attempt delivery, but no one was in, the items would be returned to depot - I mean seriously, is this company for real - take the money of the company who paid them to deliver, and then doesn't even attempt to deliver, yet blame it on me, my company receptionist.... I've noticed that they do reply to comments left here, which are clearly automated... This company should be avoided if you're expecting anything past their home time, which is obviously 5pm... NOT 24 hrs - Steer clear people, another RIP OFF COURIER FIRM!!

Never received my parcel, is impossible comunícate with them, don’t can change the time for delivery or change to delivery to any neighbor or whatever. Not serious company for delivery

Been told by the tracking service that I was not in to receive my parcel. Not only was I in and looking out for the courier, there is CCTV showing that no one showed up! So unfortunately the courier has lied due to their inability to complete deliveries in time and blamed the customer instead!
