4.5* I would say so far.
So far we are happy with the service and service quality of Citysprint. We use they service every week and majority of the time it goes without any issue what so ever. Occasionally there are bits and bops here and there but in the end of the day all has been covered and sorted. I would highlight one thing now (there are always room to improve) when someone book a pre 10:30 delivery which has a bit of an extra charge, it should not be advertised or offered like an option if it's impossible to complete.

Awesome Service
Matt is our daily courier driver. He always arrives on site first thing when expected and lets us know if he is delayed. He is always friendly and greets us with a smile. Matt is happy to go above and beyond if we require support. Thank you for being awesome. A friendly smile goes a long way
