This is not the first time I have received a delivery from city sprint and they have always been excellent. I receive a call before they are due having received notification of a period of time in which they are coming. The driver, Mark, is always very pleasant, helpful and efficient. He’s a happy guy and looks like he enjoys his job - a credit to the company he works for.

He was actually 30 minutes early with the delivery our time slot was 10.30 to 13.30 and he arrived at 10 am

The gentleman mark sD08 was banging on my door for almost 10 minutes as I'd been awake most of the night poorly & he was absolutely wonderful so helpful & polite & very understanding what a lovely helpful service as without it as I'm in a wheelchair & can't get out I wouldn't get my medication thank you so much

I had Augustus picking up 3 laptops
I had Augustus picking up 3 laptops, I asked him is there any kind of paper work to state this had been collected.
He got extremely defensive and started to state do I not trust him, then threatened to leave the laptops and I should call the company up again.
He started to get annoyed and talked over me, a simple transaction taking place turned into an argument because I asked for a simple proof of collection for three laptops.
Not saying they will go missing but once he’s dropped them off how do I know they will get logged or anything can go wrong.
Not great service at all, rather intimidating experience.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. My delivery driver Mark is so friendly and always has 5 minutes for a chat and always asks how I am. It takes me a little time to answer the door he waits patiently for me and says it's no trouble. Always arriving on time and rings me if I don't answer so I never miss my delivery
