Delivery of heavy items when on your own
Firstly comms and up date on delivery as great.
The guy (S008) arrived and parked across the road. He was delivering 4 x 100 Litre bags of bark chipping and 3 x 50 litre bags of compost. These were heavy and he was on his own and began to struggle. We had a sack truck which we lent him otherwise this should have been a 2 man job. He was polite and helpful throughout.
