This company is a complete scammer ordered some items two months ago said they had none of them in stock and will refund. They have not refunded my money now I’m having to try and claim it back through PayPal. They will not reply to my emails. Stay away from them it’s not worth the hassle

Update: I have received my parcel on time. It is packaged very securely. Obviously there were concerns with the communication but the company replied to me with what I see to be a reasonable apology and followed up with a parcel delivered on time. So as promised, iv updated my review to suit the end experience. Thank you for my order 😊
I'm starting to regret ordering. Ordered Monday and it said Thursday delivery. I paid and it changed to between Thursday-Monday. I wouldn't have ordered if it wasn't going to be here until Monday. Since then iv not even had an email update or anything which is odd in comparison to most places. If it turns up then I'll remove this and start again, but just be wary if you want reassurance, or want a quicker gift, I wouldn't use these.

Mistake on part of Citywide Drinks
Citywide Drinks put an incorrect address on the order and as such the order seems lost. As the card payment went through (billing address was correct), it obviously was not my error. And now they're asking me to contact Royal Mail to resolve the issue. Why should I do their work for them?
Citywide contacted me and informed that they were working at resolving the issue. Hopefully, the problem gets resolved soon to everyone's satisfaction.
