SCAMMERS! Don't buy from them, AI generated responds that takes weeks! The key i both was allready activated. Steam confirmed it. It was activated at 9AM CEST and i both and payed for key at 4PM CEST. They claim because key was activated the same day i am trying to scam them. AVOID in big circle, report them and block them. Happened 2 times, first time after 47 days they refound me PARTIALY IN STORE CREDIT! I was stupid enough to use that credit to try one more time :(

Horrific customer service. Code didn't work and I followed every instruction yet they're refusing to give a refund or a new code despite the evidence provided. I couldn't play with my friends cus of them. Their reply times are atrocious and they don't even read your emails properly. I'm waiting hours for their response. Don't they realise how embarrassing it is when you want to play with family and can't?

This is what happens when you give this company your business. Random flagging for no reason. I'm not sending them nothing and i requested a refund. Just ask for your money back if they pull this. Don't send them anything. Better yet don't buy anything from them. This was my last purchase.

I had a bad experience with them, they did not send the code for 2 days and now they asked me for 2 identification documents, WTF, I am not trying to apply for a visa, just wanted to buy a video game. Opened a dispute in PayPal.

Purchased a PlayStation 12 month subscription. Had to wait two days to receive a link to a website to supposedly download the code which never worked. I contacted them to let them know about the problem which took days for them to reply. The ridiculous amount of time these scammers took to sort this out for me was not acceptable.
They then tried to give me store credit for something I had never received. I don't know how they'd got the cheek to offer me store credit and say it's a good will gesture, and then tell me I can't get the store credit until they've resold the key which could take months. It's absolutely laughable.
I had to get my money back from PayPal, which I did immediately.
Then surprise surprise this scum bag company told PayPal i had the key/code and used it. Luckily PayPal didn't believe them.
This company are literally the worst online shopping experience I have ever had to deal with.

Avoid at all costs.

ok, i used this service, initially i was really annoyed because i thought i had been scammed, because after you purchase the site kinda seems sketchy, i contacted support after i purchased the game because when i clicked activate/get game code the link just took me to my steam inventory and i was confused however and i was thinking it was a scam, however after a few days i saw someone sent me a game to my steam library and i could install it; so super weird and confusing not sure how it works but i did eventually get my game i kinda feel terrible for charging back this transaction because i thought i was scammed, i guess it must match you up with people that want to sell the game but unsure how it all works. anyways good service; i would say the site doesnt clearly say how the transfer thing works as it makes out like you will get a code to activate your game but all well, im happy please contact me if you want me to pay again because i feel scummy now.

This is obviously a scam. They won't refund once you have taken your key code. However the key codes are often fake and dont work. They don't respond to questions. Avoid avoid.

Redeemed 2 codes on ea it said successfully redeemed but didn't get the points both times, I've contacted them multiple times but no reply

When I tried to purchase, my country wasn't on the drop down list. I notified them. No reply. Notified them again and they then said because I had notified them twice, I was now at the back of the queue. Some sort of punishment it appears for letting them know that I wanted to pay them but couldn't.

Anyway paid and then it didn't work. Needless to say they stopped responding.

awful customer service, sold me a key that i couldn't access

DO NOT spend money on these fake products. Bought Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 thinking this was genuine software 'overstock' or unused corporate licence keys. After 3 months I had to change laptop and the product CANNOT be transferred to another laptop as all Microsoft products can be. They cannot be genuine Microsoft products and cannot be used with normal Microsoft support. The software was unusable after 3 months and I contacted CJS CD Keys - their reply made it clear that they did not care in the slightest. They had taken my money and that was that.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. Missold product then act like it was my fault. They replaced the original page and now refuse to refund

Bought some software and was given code for the wrong region. Raised the issue with them and 2 weeks later still not sorted and just ignoring my messages now!

This company offers excellent value keys for my Xbox games at a much cheaper price than a second hand disc from CEX.I have had several games from this company with no problems.Quick, efficient service.🙂

I have been buying keys again and have not had any issues. Customer service has seemed to be more responsive and I am back to being a loyal happy customer! Changed from 4 to 5 Stars.

Cecil from CJS-Keys made my keys available. From the time I opened my ticket and received my keys it took 24 days (36 days from the time I paid for product). Somewhere there was a communication loss. I had to open a claim with PayPal before I could get any clear communication. There was a lot of blame towards the end of me not giving them, CJS Keys, a chance.

There was a lot of drama. I am moving my 1 star review to 4 stars. I am deducting -1 star for poor communication. I have had a 99.9% positive experience with this company in the past 2 years. This is the only nightmare I have ever received & it was more frustrating than it should have been.

I would like to think this is a 1 time deal that I will not have to deal with again.

I ordered keys on 2 seperate days. 8 keys on one day and 1 key on the next. These were a total of 5x Office 2021 Keys and 4 Windows 10 Pro keys. I reached out to support for 2 weeks. They seemed to always give me the run around. I will send the info to PayPal and my VISA card in the morning and have charges reversed.

Sold me a used code then tried to deny it had been used suggesting I input the code incorrectly. This is despite telling them the error code stated "code already redeemed" and accompanied screenshot. I was then ignored for over a month in which time I informed them I'd be seeking a refund from PayPal. I was then contacted by them asking for further proof which I provided including an email from Microsoft themselves stating the product was not in any of my accounts and the code had actually been redeemed prior to my purchase. This still is apparently not evidence enough for them. Please don't waste your time and money on these people as you'll be left frustrated in the event of anything going wrong.

2y ago i paid for 12month ultimate and CJS required photos or scans of TWO forms of ID example passport & Bank Card/Debit Card and hand written note before they sended codes!
So it was 2 years ago and i forget it was CJS, and now i paid 102.50 euros for 12m ultimate again and no codes again! i got one reply for my complain from CJS but after that CJS go dead silence. Luckily after 3 days they responded and i got money back.
Never again.

Slow delivery and faulty key!

Had to wait one day to receive the key and when i received it, the key was accidentally sold to someone else previously!

Dont use this trash website, stay away!
