This company should be banned. The key for Office lasted six months and guess what? No reply from the helpdesk!
'Let us know your problem and we'll reply in a few hours'. It's been FIVE days without response!

disgustingly bad customer servvice, waited 2 days for a response on me being scammed and did not even message back. will be refunding through paypal. NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE, I REPEAT, NEVER USE THIS TERRIBLE WEBSITE, EVERYONE IS A SCAMMER AND THEY DO NOT HELP YOU

ZERO STARS I tried to compare a game, they told me that there was a bug for this even if the order was completed, the key not shown, but in the meantime it's been weeks and the refund is not even the shadow but the site says reimbursed, strange, moreover I ask for an explanation if they have the game in the magazine or if it exists and will arrive? and I do not receive any response, but in the meantime they invite me to re-order, but what a fool you do not give me the refund the first time and I double the amount (it seems the package against the package, you have the judgment).
PS you're site contact me to change review I will do it only if I change and key if I make a new purchase, the game you will not delete the page will not waste time thanks
ZERO STELLE Ho cercato di comparare un gioco, loro mi hanno detto che c'è stato un bug per questo pure se l'ordine era completato, il key non veniva mostrato, ma intanto sono passatte settimane e il rimborso nenche l'ombra ma sito dice rimborato, strano, per di più chiiedo spiegazione se il gioco lo hanno in magazino o se esiste e arrivera ? e non ricevo nessuna risposta, ma intanto mi invitano a rifare l'ordine, ma che so scemo non mi dai il rimborso la prima volta e ti raddoppio la cifra ( sembra il pacco contro pacco, ha voi il giudizio).
PS sei sito mi contatta per cambiare recensione lo farò solo se avrò rimborso e key se farò un nuovo acquisto, il giochi che non avete elimanate la pagina non fate perdere tempo grazie

Cjscdkeys helpdesk is just pure lazy.
Automated responses, rather than checking past orders, every order I have made has wanted to be verified because of fraudulent activities.

As a customer service rep myself, I would be horrified to work for a company that condones this level of ineptitude

We paid for a code which had already been used. Lucky us!

I contacted CJs for a new code but this infuriating process took the best part of two weeks across several emails and days of zero communication.

It's absolutely ridiculous that my refund had to wait while some other entity refunded CJs first! You'll find it is us who are out of pocket not your company!

I was initially offered credit but wasting another two weeks of my life emailing about another useless code filled me with dread.

In conclusion this whole transaction was a complete waste of time.

Shop elsewhere is my advice.

Very poor customer service after agreeing a full refund to my Paypal account they never honoured their agreement to do so. It exacerbated the problem by them issuing a store credit which I already stated was of no use to me as I no longer wished to shop with them in the future.
I got so fed up pursuing the issue that I no longer want anything to do with them.

Have not bothered to reply to help request, no apps opening and all previous documents now being sent to apps that wont open, you get what you pay for I guess very disappointing

Company is selling volume license keys that cannot be activated.

This is a legit scam.

Ordered a key for office 2016. It did say it was out of stock but would be Re stocked within 2-12 hours (They specifically said 12 hours Max). 24 hours passed and no key arrived. Logged a support ticket on their website as it says “please give them a chance to resolve issues” and that I would usually get a response within 1 hour and resolution within 24 hours.. Long and short it’s now 5 days later and I have no product, no refund and absolutely no reply from their so called customer service teams…. Clearly a scam!! - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Very bad experience, order one key not working, they refund the money but I said I will give them another chance so I order another key which also that one didn't work. So in my case 2 keys both invalid, I know they are cheap but I would recommend searching somewhere else as this is site is not reliable.

Scum, utter scum, will charge you whatever they like, for whatever they like even if it’s not what you ordered, lost around $50 for a game I can’t even play STAY away go to G2A or CD Keys - DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS

This is a company designed to scam unsuspecting individuals. I bought a Microsoft 365 account. They obviously have a corporation account. It looked legit. Until 2 months later all my data is gone from my OneDrive. I’ve contacted the company who are telling me to contact Microsoft. But Microsoft rightly say the agreement is between CJSCDKeys and Microsoft. Avoid this company.

Almost 3 weeks still no order received and no serious support. Just a bot saying " we have not received payment "

Purchased a digital code today 10 hours ago, guess what is has been already redeemed. Opened a ticket immediately and attached Microsoft confirmation that the key they sold me 03.22 was already used 03.17. THEY DID NOT REPLY!!! SCAMMERS!!! I asked for replacement code not even for refund and they ignore it. I want replacement code or refund otherwise I am opening PayPal ticket tomorrow and believe me I'm gonna get my money back because I'm going to show PayPal when the key was used!!!

I'm disappointed and I am speechless. Avoid at all cost, it's a fraudolent company.

Awful company I bought a Netflix code from them over 2 weeks ago . The code does not work , it actually brings up someone else's details and previous payment method asking to update payment method to continue. I have contacted them daily to be fobbed off with one excuse after another and it will be sorted within 3 days! They then ask for more details which I have already sent . Delay tactics I presume. I am now fighting for a refund and would advise everyone to avoid this awful company of scammers!

I purchased a CD Key from CJS-CD Keys in good faith and after my order was completed, I collected my KEY for MS Office 2010 Pro within 3 hours. When I tried to use this Key on Microsoft's official Office 10 download site it Failed!! It has now been 3 weeks since I contacted CJS-CD Keys support team and although I have sent them several request to solve this issue they have failed. Their ticket system is very hard to use and they don't seem to look at my updates. they just keep asking the same question. My advice to anyone considering using this company is DONT !!! Even when I ask for my money back, I get no response

I recently bought Player Unknows Battlegrounds (PUBG) from CJS CD Keys, but the key I received was already in use. I thought this might just have been a mistake from their part, but when I contact their support, they tell me to acquire information about when, where and who activated the Steam key. Steam doesn't provide this information, and they have no reason to do this, as it is CJS CD Keys fault, that they sell used keys. Basically CJS CD Keys support is useless, as they won't do anything to help me. It seems I just wasted my money, and got scammed by this company.
DONT EVER BUY FROM CJS CD KEYS. SOONER OR LATER THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
